Papko Magnet

Metal Detector :

The metal detector consists of a probe and an amplifier.
These 2 components are connected to each other by a cable. The amplifier contains the electronic components.
If a metal part enters this field eddy currents are produced by induction and cause an increase in the control until circuit.

Industry Usage

They are used in all industries where a warning must be given about disruptive and harmful pieces of metal in the material being conveyed. Such as:
Quarries
Lime works
Recycling
Sand pits
Cement factories
Clinker works
Brick works
Coal works
Iron ore mines
Tile & ceramic factories
Petrochemical

Advantages

Extremely simple to install without cutting the chassis or the conveyor belt
Iron oxide and ore are ignored
Having the capability of detecting both ferrous and non-ferrous metals
Automatic self-monitoring
Capability of using in the proximity of frequency converters
Minimum distance between probe and motors or magnets (only 1 meter)
Probe and amplifier solidly built for immunity to vibration and therefore resistant to weather and dirt (IP 65)
Self-adjusting capability
Preventing damage to factory equipment
Producing significant savings on repair costs and avoiding down time
Capability of detecting bothersome pieces (small to large) through the controlling unit located on the machine
