Magnetic Pulley:

It is a roll that has a magnetic field in all its 360° and is used for the separation of ferrous pieces and particles which may include in the passageways  of the material by means of a conveyor belt.

The magnetic pulley is used instead of a roll at the end of the conveyor belt and ferrous particles are carried under it after the attraction because of the motor rotating force , then they will exit the production line because of the created space between the conveyor belt and the magnetic pulley.
